Collect, check and organize customer documents - KYC, income proof, bank statements, GST/ITR etc.
Coordinate with Sales, Credit and Operations teams for smooth file movement.
Maintain TAT (Turn Around Time) for quicker approvals.
Follow up with customers for pending documents and clarifications.
Update loan status, MIS reports and daily trackers regularly.
Ensure policy compliance and proper documentation as per company norms.
Support in credit checks, CIBIL verification and basic risk screening.
Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information.
Assist senior processors / managers in file audits and quality checks.
Track sanctions, rejections and disbursement records.
Work towards process efficiency and error reduction.
