Role Overview

We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to join our team at our Delhi office. This is a full time, on-site role where you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, executing digital campaigns, and driving brand growth through both organic and paid strategies.

You will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence, generating engagement, and supporting business objectives through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads:
Monitor audience engagement, respond to queries, and maintain brand tone
Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve campaigns
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies for timely execution of creatives and campaigns




Stay updated with industry trends, especially in healthcare and medical exports
Support campaign planning, product promotions, and brand awareness initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management and content creation:
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (campaign setup, targeting, optimization):
Strong communication and copywriting skills with attention to detail
Understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, scheduling tools)
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data
Experience working with designers/agencies and managing creative briefs
Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or export industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
