Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform AR Follow-ups on unpaid / denied claims and ensure timely resolution
Analyze denials & rejections and take corrective actions for reprocessing
Accurately handle Payment Posting (EOBs / ERAs), including adjustments & patient responsibility:
Manage underpayments / overpayments and perform payment reconciliation:
Maintain accuracy, productivity targets, and AR aging control

Requirements:
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Dental RCM / Claims
Hands-on experience in AR follow-ups and Payment Posting:
Positive understanding of EOB, ERA, denials, Adjustments:
Knowledge of US insurance processes (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial):
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:




Experience in Dental Billing (CDT codes, dental workflows):
Familiarity with billing software / clearinghouses
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment
