We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer with a minimum of 2 years of hands
on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, lead generation, and

revenue growth through targeted, performance-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook &
Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor campaign performance daily and generate actionable insights to ensure

maximum ROI.
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve

performance.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across channels to optimize CPL

and CPA.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
Track and report on key KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion

rates.
Implement effective retargeting strategies to re-engage users and drive conversions.
Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform algorithm changes,



and best

practices.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2C/B2B

digital settings.
Proven track record in lead generation and customer acquisition through paid

channels.
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google

Analytics.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign

analysis.
Basic understanding of conversion funnels and landing page optimization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross
functional teams.

Nice to Have

or HubSpot.
Exposure to SEO, affiliate marketing, or influencer campaigns.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
