Key Responsibilities
Identify students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or developmental delays
Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) as per CBSE inclusive education framework
Adapt CBSE curriculum and teaching methods for diverse learners
Provide remedial instruction (one-on-one / small group)
Work closely with primary teachers for inclusive classroom practices
Maintain student records, progress reports, and assessment data
Support children with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Learning Disabilities, etc.
Conduct parent counselling and regular progress meetings
Assist in exam accommodations (as per CBSE norms)
Participate in school activities, training, and workshops
Required Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed in Special Education
Mandatory RCI registration
CTET/TET qualified (preferred for CBSE primary section)
Certification in Special Education (Autism / LD / MR, etc.)
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
