Key Responsibilities
Job portals
LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Employee referral programs
Other recruitment channels
Assist with offer rollouts, document collection, and onboarding formalities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring MIS data.
Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring drives, and recruitment events.

Required Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in:
Human Resources
Business Administration
Or a related field
6 months to 2 years of experience in:
Recruitment
Talent Acquisition
Human Resources




Relevant internships or similar domains

Required Skills:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with:
Job portals
LinkedIn Recruiter/search tools
Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the Talent Acquisition function.
