Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and stories
Plan and execute social media calendars
Increase followers, reach, and engagement organically
Monitor comments, messages, and respond in a timely manner
Analyze performance using insights and prepare reports
Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns
Stay updated with latest social media trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of social media platforms
Robust communication and content writing skills
Basic understanding of hashtags, reach, and engagement
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva (preferred)
