Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Sourcing:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top nursing talent from various sources, including job boards, social media, and qualified networks.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

Coordination and Onboarding:
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation, providing necessary documentation, and facilitating their integration into the team.

Relationship Building:
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance its employer brand.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in nursing staff recruitment and coordination.
Solid understanding of the healthcare industry and nursing profession.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada) is a plus.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
