We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Ground Operations Executive to manage day-to-day vehicle handovers and fleet operations for our self-drive car rental business.

Key Responsibilities
Hand over vehicles to customers at the time of pickup.
Conduct vehicle inspections before and after every rental.
Create detailed vehicle condition videos and photographs.
Verify fuel levels and record vehicle mileage.
Verify customer identity documents and rental agreements.
Capture customer photographs and videos as per company policies.
Ensure all required documents are properly collected and maintained.
Coordinate vehicle washing, cleaning, and detailing.
Take vehicles for routine servicing, repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
Monitor vehicle condition and report damages or issues immediately.
Assist customers during vehicle pickup and return processes.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and operational activities.
Coordinate with management to ensure fleet readiness and availability.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
