Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Role Summary

The Regional HRBP partners with business leaders to drive manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, retention, grievance handling, compliance, and HR operations across the region. The role ensures alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives while maintaining high standards of employee experience and organizational compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Strengthen employee engagement through structured initiatives and town halls.
Monitor retention and manage voluntary exits with timely feedback sharing.
Ensure 100% HRIS data accuracy and MIS reporting.
Maintain compliance with PIP and performance management processes.
Handle employee grievances and escalations within defined TAT.




Support succession planning and career progression initiatives.
Lead regional HR projects, including process automation and AI adoption.
Ensure smooth execution of HR BAUs with full policy compliance.

Qualification & Experience
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
