We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1+ years of experience in IT sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow business through Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding platforms:
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities
Build and maintain solid client relationships
Understand client requirements and prepare proposals
Follow up with prospects and close deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets
Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset

Location: Indore
Experience: 1+ Years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
