BMC is seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to support the Global Procurement organization as a scalable, AI‑enabled business partner. This role operates within a purchasing category team and is responsible for executing end‑to‑end sourcing and contracting activities while actively improving procurement efficiency, decision quality, and business confidence.

Work with internal stakeholders to understand and source suppliers to meet requirements while addressing budget, service levels, and other total cost of ownership (TCO) factors.
Negotiate supplier terms & conditions such that key business requirements (cost, price, specification, quality, logistic, legal, reliability) are fulfilled.
Develop and lead global category strategy with business partners.
Gather and analyze spending data, as well as local, regional, and global market data to ensure competitive pricing through all phases of contract negotiations.
Provide market intelligence on commodity market trends and local / global prospects.
Exercises judgment within defined policies and procedures to determine appropriate action.
