Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of field collection executives.
Monitor daily collection performance and target achievement.
Allocate accounts and territories to team members.
Conduct regular field visits and provide on-ground support.
Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments from customers.
Track and manage delinquent accounts to minimize losses.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and collection practices.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve productivity.
Coordinate with operations, credit, and branch teams for issue resolution.
Handle escalations and resolve customer grievances professionally.
Maintain portfolio quality and achieve collection efficiency targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
