Provincial Automobile Co. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for customer-focused and service-oriented specialists for the position of Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers visiting the service workshop and understand vehicle concerns
Explain repair requirements, service process, and estimated delivery timelines
Prepare job cards and coordinate with workshop technicians
Ensure smooth vehicle servicing process and timely delivery
Maintain regular customer updates regarding repair status
Cross-sell value-added services, accessories, and AMC packages wherever applicable
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns professionally
Coordinate with workshop and spare parts team for effective service operations
Maintain service records and follow company processes

Eligibility Criteria:




Graduate / Diploma / Technical qualification preferred
Experience in Automobile Service / Workshop Operations / Customer Handling preferred
Freshers with technical knowledge and communication skills may also apply
Automobile dealership experience will be an added advantage
