Executive - Record to Report:
The Senior Executive - Record to Report is responsible for independently managing the accuracy and integrity of general ledger accounting for India and overseas legal entities. The role ensures timely and compliant accounting of payroll, personnel costs, and fixed assets in line with IFRS (HB2) and IND AS (HB1).
This position requires close coordination with cross‑functional teams, strong communication with global and local stakeholders, and proactive involvement in month‑end close, audits, and process improvements.
The incumbent supports continuous enhancement of RTR processes while ensuring high‑quality financial reporting and control compliance.
Required Skills & Competency:
Required Years of Professional Experience : 3 - 5 years

Proven experience in general ledger accounting, payroll management, and compliance, preferably in a multinational setting





Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems preferably SAP, with advanced Excel skills.

Reliability, High attention to detail, Number affinity, Process oriented

Valuable Communication skills
