Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager to oversee branch operations, drive admissions, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets
Lead, train, and motivate a team of counselors and sales executives
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients
Monitor revenue, manage budgets, and control expenses




Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
Prepare and present regular performance reports

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in sales, admissions, or business development (education industry preferred)
Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a results-oriented approach
