Roles & Responsibilities: Handle complete sales closing process for residential, commercial properties, apartments, and plots. Coordinate with sales team and clients for booking confirmation and documentation. Maintain strong follow-up with interested clients for deal closures. Explain pricing, payment plans, loan process, and project details to customers. Ensure proper collection of booking amount and required documents. Coordinate with CRM, legal, and accounts team for smooth closure process. Build and maintain valuable relationships with clients and channel partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly closure targets. Prepare reports related to bookings, closures, and client status.



Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service till final possession/registration stage.

Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills. Positive knowledge of real estate sales and closing process. Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets. Skilled personality with convincing skills. Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel preferred.

Qualification:
Graduate in any stream. Real estate industry experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
