Position Overview

As the first point of contact at Amaru, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and refined arrival experience for our guests while ensuring smooth coordination between the front-of-house and service teams.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests with professionalism and warmth
Manage reservations and seating plans efficiently
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests
Maintain an elegant and polished front-desk presence




Ensure guests feel valued from arrival to departure
Pleasant personality with excellent grooming standards
Strong verbal communication skills (English and Hindi preferred)
Confidence and composure while handling guests
Basic knowledge of reservations and table management systems
Ability to perform efficiently during peak service hours
Prior experience preferred; freshers with the right attitude and presentation may apply
