Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic and international air freight shipments.
Maintain close coordination with shippers, overseas agents, transporters, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.
Prepare and verify shipping and operational documents.
Track shipment movements and provide timely updates to clients.
Handle freight booking confirmations, scheduling, and shipment execution.
Resolve shipment delays, clearance issues, and operational discrepancies.
Support import/export operations and customer service activities.
Ensure smooth coordination for end-to-end cargo movement.
Maintain robust communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
