I-Tech System in Nashik is hiring a dual-role UI/UX Design Trainer & Project Lead. You will mentor students and execute live client projects. The role is based at our College Road, Nashik, office.

Key Responsibilities:
Training & Mentorship
Deliver comprehensive UI/UX training modules covering user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Mentor students and bridge the gap between theoretical design concepts and industry-standard practices.
Evaluate student progress and assist with resume building and portfolio preparation.
Project Leadership
Spearhead real-world UI/UX projects from ideation through to final execution.
Collaborate with the internal development team to ensure smooth design-to-development handoffs.
Manage client communications, understand project briefs, and ensure high-quality design deliverables.





Requirements & Skills
Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. knowledge Video editing software will be added advantag.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Information Architecture (IA), user-centered design, and responsive web/mobile design principles.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related fields.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
