About Simba Voyages

Simba Voyages is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Ticketing Staff to join our Jaipur office. We are seeking a professional with robust expertise in Amadeus GDS, international and domestic ticketing, and advanced ticket servicing functions including ticket reissue and fare recalculation.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings using Amadeus GDS:
Perform ticket reissue, revalidation, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds:
Manage fare calculations and ticketing accuracy
Assist with schedule changes, airline policies, and passenger servicing
Coordinate with airlines for operational ticketing requirements
Ensure timely and error-free issuance of tickets
Support sales and operations teams with travel-related requirements
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction





Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in airline ticketing / travel industry:
Robust working knowledge of Amadeus GDS (mandatory)
Excellent experience in ticket reissue and fare calculations:
Valuable understanding of airline rules and ticketing procedures
Ability to work independently and manage urgent travel requests
Robust communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
Experience with corporate travel handling
Knowledge of international routing and fare construction
Ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
