Biitcode is urgently hiring Threading / Rolling Operator for our reputed client in Manufacturing sectorlocated in Waluj, Chh. Sambhajinagar.

Job Title: Threading / Rolling Operator

Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reports To: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager
Location: MIDC Waluj, Chh. Sambhajinagar

Requisites:
Education: 10th / 12th Pass

Experience:
1 to 5 years of experience operating threading / rolling machines.
Experience in fasteners, metal forming, or automotive components manufacturing preferred.
Hands-on experience working with stainless steel (SS) material is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate threading / rolling machines (Indian & Taiwan make).
Fit and adjust dies, tools, and feeders.
Check machine oiling, alignment, and settings before start.
Monitor production and ensure correct thread size and finish.
Measure parts using vernier,



micrometer, gauges, and projector.
Record production, rejection, and downtime details.
Identify defects and inform supervisor or maintenance if required.
Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and maintain machine cleanliness.

Skills required
Solid understanding of cold forging and threading processes, tooling, and materials (steel, alloy steel, stainless steel).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, part specifications, and tolerances.
Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges, and profile projector.
