Roles and Responsibilities
Implementing the company’s sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions
Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals
Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Analysing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimise the current ones
Meeting planned sales goals.
Understanding the behaviour of the target audience.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Increase product sales by acting as a sales brand manager.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
The ongoing training of your salespeople.




Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Required skills and qualifications
Prior work experience in sales team or assisting Sales manager
Up-to-date with recent marketing trends and basic sales related tasks
Excellent written and verbal skills
Compelling research and analytical skills
Experience working with Electronics industry, Switches Industry more preferrable.

Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & marketing, or related fields or relevant.
Confident Speaker
Ability to convert inquiry into leads.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
