Role Overview:
We are seeking a self-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our quick-paced team. In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality clinical and allied health professionals.



You will leverage your deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape and compliance standards to drive successful hiring outcomes and meet the specific talent needs of our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for US healthcare roles, from initial sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Pipeline Building:Architect and maintain solid pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Allied Health staff, through proactive sourcing strategies.
Sourcing & Sourcing Tools:Leverage multiple platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and major job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster) to identify and engage top talent.
Compliance & Credentialing:Navigate and ensure adherence to specific compliance and credentialing requirements for healthcare positions across various US states.
Data Management:Maintain accurate records within the recruitment database, utilizing
