Process: Voice/Non-Voice (Inbound & Outbound)

Shift:Rotational

Working Days:6 days/week

Week Off:1 rotational off

Salary:₹20,000 - ₹23500 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats in a qualified manner.

Assist customers with their queries, complaints, and service requests.

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain proper documentation of interactions in the system.

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.

Meet daily/weekly performance targets and adhere to company guidelines.

Interview Timing:10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
