ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ROLES:
Develop and manages welding procedure/operation to meet project/drawing requirements and safety standards

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure compliance with industry ASME & AWS specification
Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on welds using various methods such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and DPT radiographic testing.
Interpret and evaluate NDT results to determine the quality of welds
Review welding procedures and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
Provide guidance and support to welding personnel to ensure that welding activities are performed in accordance with industry standards and specifications
Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all welding activities




Collaborate with other departments to ensure that welding activities are integrated into the overall project plan

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
CSWIP 3.1 min.,AWS QC1 (1996 or later edition), IIW 1178, certification.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field.
Previous work experience min. 5 years as a welding inspector/engineer.
in-depth knowledge of welding processes (GTAW,GMAW,SMAW,SAW,BRAZING)
Proficiency in code and standards (ASME,AWS,API)

Pay: ₹12,453.19 - ₹81,457.98 per month
