CSR Implementer - Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships

We are looking for a results-driven CSR Implementer with proven experience in independently handling corporate fundraising and donor acquisition. This role requires solid revenue ownership and the ability to close CSR partnerships end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
Independently identify, pitch, and close corporate CSR partnerships
Lead complete fundraising lifecycle (prospecting to deal closure)
Build and manage a multi-crore CSR pipeline
Develop proposals, concept notes, and RFP submissions
Engage and manage relationships with CSR Heads, CXOs & Foundations
Ensure compliance, reporting, and account growth

Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience in independent CSR fundraising & donor acquisition (from approaching to onboarding):
Demonstrated revenue ownership and target achievement




Robust negotiation and proposal writing skills
Experience working directly with senior corporate stakeholders
Knowledge of CSR compliance & Schedule VII

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
