Job Title:Placement Officer
Department: Education & Employability / Center Operations
Qualification: Postgraduate degree in any stream. Training, Career Guidance, or HR certifications are preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in youth employability or placement operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role managing teams. Experience in skills and placement projects, employer engagement, community mobilization, and operational management is essential.

Job Summary:Lead the end-to-end placement and youth employability process at Nirmaan’s skill centers, from mobilization, training coordination, and counselling to placement and post-placement follow-ups. Ensure operational excellence of the center, deliver training goals, maintain corporate and employer relations, and achieve placement outcomes in alignment with donor and organizational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Outreach and Mobilization:
Plan and execute batch launch activities in coordination with the Reporting Manager. Identify training courses based on market trends and industry demand.
Coordinate roadshows, mobilization drives, and awareness programs in target communities.
Guide Community Mobilizers and local partners in outreach execution, ensuring maximum youth participation.
Conduct counselling sessions to assess youth aspirations and finalize enrolment's.
