Job Title: Sales Executive (Fitness & Nutrition)

About the Role

We are an emerging sports nutrition brand looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to lead our market expansion in Surat. You will be responsible for driving the sales of our curated sports kits to local sports complexes, turfs, and fitness centers.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales: Visit sports turfs, gyms, retail stores and fitness hubs across Surat to pitch and sell our specialized sports kits.
Partnership Management: Negotiate and close deals with turf owners (managing our standard 18% to 20% commission structure).
Relationship Building: Manage recurring orders and "refills" for existing clients to ensure a steady supply chain.
Market Strategy: Work alongside our marketing team to identify high-traffic locations and promotional opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain a daily log of visits,



leads generated, and sales closed.

Requirements:
Experience: 1 year in field sales is preferred (experience in FMCG, Sports, Fitness or Nutrition is a major plus).
Communication: Fluent in Gujarati (preferred) and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field visits across Surat.
Skills: Robust negotiation skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

What We Offer
Competitive base salary.
Incentive Structure:7000 base salary + travel allowance + Earn 10% commission on every current deal + 2% on every refill/recurring order.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
