Key Responsibilities:
Selection & hiring of restaurant staff.
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly.
Supervise restaurant staff and ensure proper floor coordination.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor table management, service quality, and hygiene standards.
Train and guide captains, stewards, and service staff.
Coordinate with kitchen and billing teams for smooth operations.
Ensure staff grooming, discipline, and attendance management.
Maintain inventory coordination and basic operational reporting.
Support management in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as Senior Captain / Restaurant Captain
Robust understanding of restaurant floor operations
Valuable communication and team handling skills
Ability to manage customer escalations professionally
Leadership mindset with willingness to grow into management role
Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
