Operate sewing machines and perform hand stitching as per the design and specifications.
Inspect stitched products for defects such as uneven stitching, loose threads, or incorrect measurements
Assemble and join fabric or material parts accurately following work orders.
Report defects or damages immediately to the supervisor or quality control team.
Ensure correct seam allowance, stitch type, and thread selection.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of sewing machines.
Maintain consistent quality and finish across all products.
Follow safety rules and wear appropriate protective equipment (e.g., finger guards, masks).
Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from obstructions.
Dispose of waste materials properly to maintain a secure workplace.
Record daily production output and report any deviations.
Attend training and meetings to stay updated on current techniques and quality standards.
