Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily production jobs based on priorities and deadlines
Supervise multicolour offset printing operations on the shop floor
Monitor print quality, colour consistency, and registration accuracy
Coordinate with pre-press & post-press.
Manage manpower allocation and shift planning
Ensure timely availability of materials (paper, ink, plates, etc.)
Troubleshoot printing issues and take corrective actions
Maintain production records and reporting
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of multicolour offset printing
Understanding of ink, paper, colour matching, and printing defects
Ability to create and execute production plans




Experience with Heidelberg / Komori / similar printing machines (preferred)
Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, production tracking)
Relevant experience in printing/packaging industry
