Lobby Ambassador - Roles & Responsibilities (University)
Welcome students, parents, faculty, alumni, and visitors in a courteous and qualified manner.
Maintain a pleasant and organized lobby/front office setting.
Assist with visitor registration and issue visitor passes as per university protocol.
Guide visitors as per their requirements
Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and administrative staff for smooth lobby operations.
Maintain communication with the admissions and academic offices during peak periods.
Maintain visitor logs and daily reports.
Handle incoming calls and redirect them appropriately (if required).
Support event days, seminars, convocations, and campus tours.

Skilled Conduct
Maintain grooming standards and wear identification badge.
Uphold the university’s values and brand image through excellent service.
Handle complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
