Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their requirements and preferences.
Explain product details including gold purity, diamond quality, certification, pricing, and offers.
Build robust customer relationships and provide personalized service.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery collections and festive offers.
Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and display standards.
Handle billing coordination, customer follow-ups, and after-sales support.
Ensure proper handling and security of high-value jewellery items.
Stay updated on current jewellery trends, collections, and customer preferences.
