Core responsibilities_
Client consultations: Assess clients' needs and beauty goals to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Service delivery: Perform a variety of beauty services, including:
Skincare: Facials, waxing, and other treatments.
Hair care: Shampooing, cutting, coloring, and styling.
Nail care: Manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing excellent service and personalized recommendations.
Administrative tasks:
Greet clients and manage appointments (booking, scheduling).
Maintain client records, including contact details and treatment history.
Manage inventory and stock levels for products.
Essential skills and requirements_
Technical skills: Proficiency in various beauty treatments,



product knowledge, and staying updated on the latest trends.
Customer service: Ability to communicate effectively, listen to client needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Hygiene and safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools are properly sterilized.
Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods while performing services.
Business acumen: Ability to cross-sell products and services and contribute to the salon's revenue.
Licensing: A qualified license is often required, depending on local regulations
