To write and execute test plans & test cases
Conduct detailed analysis to identify issues and areas for improvement in product.
Analyze the client issues and find the root cause and suggest the solution.
Re-testing the software after bugs have been fixed to ensure no recent issues have arisen.
Checking for incorrect language usage and incorrect formatting.
Create and maintain QA policies and procedures
Ensuring that the product meets regulatory and compliance standards.
Make sure products meet customer expectations
Knowledge of e-commerce and accounting will be an advantage.
