Everblue is a furniture company with its own manufacturing unit. We collaborate with interior designers and clients to deliver customised furniture and interior solutions, combining design with practical execution.

Role Overview:
This is a hybrid role combining Executive Assistant responsibilities with Sales Coordination and Furniture BOQ preparation.

The role is execution-focused, requiring solid attention to detail, coordination skills, and comfort working with numbers, drawings, and client communication.

You will work directly with the founders and be involved in day-to-day operations, client coordination, and quotation preparation.

Key Responsibilities:1. Furniture BOQ & Quotation Work
Prepare furniture quotations based on provided drawings and inputs
Work on measurements, costing, and item breakdowns
Maintain BOQs in Excel with accuracy
Coordinate with factory/vendors for pricing inputs




Drawing Understanding
Interpret basic AutoCAD drawings (no designing required)
Extract relevant measurements and details for quotations
Client & Designer Coordination
Communicate with designers and clients for requirements
Take follow-ups and ensure smooth information flow
Assist in clarifying furniture specifications
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Assist founders during meetings (notes, coordination, follow-ups)
Schedule and manage meetings and calls
Handle day-to-day coordination and task tracking
