Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Follow up with customers regarding service requests and completed jobs.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with Operations and Service Teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Generate customer feedback reports and share insights with management.

Eligibility
Experience in Customer Service, CRM,



Telecalling, or Client Relationship Management is preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM software.
Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
No specific degree is required.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
