Job Summary

We are looking for agile and target-driven Outbound Calling Executives for our International BPO process. The role involves making outbound calls to international customers, generating leads or sales, setting appointments, or providing product/service information as per campaign requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers in US/UK/Australia markets
Generate leads / close sales / set appointments (as per campaign)
Deliver scripted sales pitch effectively
Handle objections and customer queries professionally
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Update CRM system with accurate call details and outcomes
Follow compliance and quality guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications




Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
6 months - 3 years experience in International Voice Process (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Neutral or international accent
Robust persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to work in night shifts
