Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to company-provided leads.
Explain the company’s products/services clearly to potential customers.
Build a positive relationship with customers and understand their requirements.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into sales.
Maintain records of calls, responses, and customer details.
Schedule follow-ups with potential clients.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Tele sales / telecalling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹9,233.15 - ₹18,000.00 per month
