Experience in the SAP SD module, including order entry, invoicing, e-way bills, proforma invoices and customer goods returns.
Experience coordinating with customers and sales team (for GR and dispatches, this requires coordination with the transporter, customer, and a sales team member, as well as the plant).
Coordinating with the plant to supply the balance sales orders for customers.
Handle basic customer queries related to supply.
Extracting daily reports from SAP and using them for query handling.
Sending daily updates to management.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
