Position Title: Pre primary Educator

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Instruction and Curriculum Delivery:
Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
Implement lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.

Classroom Management:
Establish and maintain a well-organized, safe, and inviting classroom setting conducive to learning.
Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and ensure a respectful and cooperative atmosphere.

Assessment and Documentation:
Observe and assess children's progress and development, using various assessment tools and techniques.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of children's achievements, challenges,



and individual learning needs.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress and provide recommendations for further development.

Parental Involvement:
Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians, encouraging their active participation in their child's education.
Organize and participate in parent-educator conferences, school events, and workshops to support family engagement.

Career development:
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team setting.

Health and Safety:
Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of all children in the classroom.
Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures, including those related to first aid, emergency response, and sanitation.
