Position: Maintenance Engineer / Technician – PDC
Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of PDC (Pressure Die Casting) machines and related equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical problems in PDC machines.
Monitor machine performance and minimize machine breakdown and downtime.
Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, sensors, and control panels.
Perform regular preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
Identify root causes of machine failures and implement corrective actions.
Maintain breakdown records, preventive maintenance reports, and spare-parts inventory.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for smooth machine operation.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of PDC equipment when required.
Follow 5S, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 1 to 5 years in PDC / Die Casting / Machine Maintenance.
Positive knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, sensors, motors, and control panels.
Valuable problem-solving and breakdown-handling skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.
