Identify potential farmers and organizing farmer into FIGs (The farmers who are interested to use the Climate SMART Agriculture.
Conduct awareness workshop on Climate SMART Agriculture (CSA) solutions/products.
Provide valuable quality lead of farmers who wish to take credit support and ready to buy CSA products as per the monthly target shared by the Head office.
Ensure farmers use the Climate SMART Agriculture Products in their farm land.
Make daily field visit to mobilize farmers.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
