Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as a direct escalation resource dealing with technical events and requests needing additional resources or urgent attention
Daily administration and support of core infrastructure systems
Identify, analyze, and resolve problems on a variety of Operating Systems - Windows




Perform root cause analysis for issues / provide workarounds to ensure business continuity
Ensure that clients’ infrastructure is healthy, secure, documented, and configured with accepted technical best practices
Ensure business continuity and security across all systems supporting the company IT operations
Participate in on-call rotation

Skills Required:
Mandate Skill Set-Active Directory, Patching, Troubleshooting, Windows Server Administration (DNS, DHCP), Patching knowledge, Sql knowledge
Minimum of 10+ years of related experience in supporting Windows in an enterprise setting
Experience in Active Directory (Group Policy, AD Replication Troubleshooting, DFSR, Kerberos Authentication, Advanced Troubleshooting Skills
Must have an experience with SQL.
Windows Server Administration - (DNS, DHCP, Windows Server related advanced troubleshooting, Patching related troubleshooting)
