- To Support the Internal Audits, 5S Audits, ISO Audits or review with Engineers.

- To identify the Energy saving equipment of the Site.

- Develop quarterly, halfyearly and annual plant shut down maintenance programs.
N
- Awareness of Technical training / 5S Training given to Technical Team.
N
- To Plan the Technical Manpower as per shift Schedule for Operations.
N
- To Support on Emergencytime like Breakdown, Planned and unplanned maintenance.
N
- To visit shopfloor and peripheral project happening location.
N
- To visit and ensure allthe power related parameter within the range at 11KV HT substation.
N
- Maintain a logbook of all activities providing statistics and reports as required.
N
- Preparing the 52 weeks preventive maintenance schedule of all equipment's and electrical panels and mechanical equipment's.
N
- Execution of 52 weeks preventive maintenance of equipment's and thermography of electrical panel.
N
- Preparing and modifyingthe Daily, Monthly,



Quarterly and Yearly checklist for all equipment's and panels.
N
- Preparing the documentation of History card, PM checklist, Asset list and Equipment tracking list.
N
- Ensuring the documentation updating of History card, PM checklist, Asset list and Equipment tracking list.
N
- Executing of Load balancing in Electrical Panels, UPS, Transformer and BBT.
N
- Executing of Improvement activity in electrical system.
N
- Corrective action takenbased on thermography report.

NTo Monitoring the proper functioning of following system in the facility

N(a) All HV / MV / LV - Electrical Systems

N(b) Building Indoor and Outdoor lighting system.

N(c) Air Compressor and dryers

N(d) UPS System (e) STP /WTP /RO System.

N(f) Sky test area

n(g) DG Sets.

N(h) Chillers System
