Job DescriptionAbout the Role

NWe're looking for a Production & Post-Production Manager who can take a locked script from

Nthe Creative Director andbe the CD's right hand in throughout the production and post

Nproduction process- from planning and budgeting, to crew and vendor negotiations, to

Nbeing on set, to final delivery of the edited video. This role sits at the intersection of

Nproduction management, vendor negotiation, and creative coordination. You'll be the person

Nwho makes sure the creative vision survives contact with real-world budgets, timelines, and

Nlogistics - without ever using budget as an excuse for a lesser video.

NWhat You'll Do

nPre-Production & Planning

N● Take locked scripts from the CD and translate the creative requirements/direction into

Na concrete production plan.

N● Break down each script into crew, equipment, location, cast, and budget

Nrequirements.

- Lock crew members and negotiate their pay/terms.

- Scout, shortlist, and negotiate shoot locations.
N
- If shooting in-office, identify and arrange all production requirements (space,
N

nequipment, permissions, setup, etc.).

- Handle relevant casting coordination for shoots as needed.

- Make budget sheets

NBudgeting & Vendor Management

- Own and control the production budget for each shoot/project.
N
- Find creative, practical hacks to keep video quality high even under budget
N

nconstraints - the budget should never visibly compromise the output.

N● Negotiate with vendors (crew, locations, equipment, editors, etc.) to get the best

Nquality within the budgetsanctioned by the company.

- Coordinate with the finance team to lock vendor registrations/onboarding.

- Coordinate release of advances and ensure all vendors are paid on time.

nOn Shoot





n●Be present on shoot days to coordinate all production elements — crew, schedule,

Nlogistics, vendor issues - in real time.

N● Troubleshoot on-ground issues quickly, keeping the shoot on schedule and on

Nbudget.

nPost-Production

- Coordinate the post-production process once shoot is wrapped.

- Take creative feedback from the CD/creative team and ensure edits are executed

nexactly as per that feedback.

N● Track edit timelines and ensure final deliverables are completed and delivered on

Nschedule.

nWhat We're Looking For

N● Prior experience in production planning/coordination for video/ad shoots (agency,

Nproduction house, or in-house brand team background all welcome).

- Existing industrycontacts across crew, vendors, locations, and production houses.

- Strong negotiation skills - proven ability to get quality output at feasible costs.

- Solid budgeting and cost-control skills, with a knack for creative problem-solving

nwhen budgets are tight.

N● Comfort coordinating with finance teams on vendor registration, advances, and

Npayments.

n● Experience with post-production coordination - working with editors, tracking

Nfeedback loops, and managing delivery timelines.

N● A go-getter attitude - someone who solves problems on the spot rather than

Nescalating everything.

N● Robust organizational skills to juggle multiple shoots/projects and their respective

Ntimelines simultaneously.

N● Willingness to be hands-on and present on shoot days as required.

NGood to Have

n● Experience working on performance marketing/ad creative shoots (vs. only brand

Nfilms).

n● Basic understanding of the creative process so you can bridge conversations

Nbetween the CD and vendors/editors effectively.

N● Prior casting coordination experience.
