Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and trend-driven Product Designer to help shape Nestasia's product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a passion for discovering trends, and the ability to conceptualise products that are aesthetically appealing and commercially relevant.

NDuties and responsibilities

- Benchmark leadingglobal and Indian lifestyle brands to identify emerging design and product trends.

- Translate market insights and customer feedback into new product ideas and collection concepts.

- Review product samples and provide design inputs to enhance aesthetics, functionality and overall customer appeal.

- Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure the final product aligns with the original design intent.
N
- Contribute to seasonal launches by developing cohesive product stories and design themes.
N
- Build and maintain a library of design inspirations, materials, finishes and trend forecasts.
N




- Explore opportunities for product innovation while balancing creativity, functionality and commercial viability.

- Present design concepts, mood boards and current collection ideas to internal stakeholders.

nDesired Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in Product Design, Product Development or Lifestyle Design.
N
- Experience with home décor, lifestyle, fashion, gifting or consumer brands is preferred.
N
- Strong understanding ofdesign trends, colour, materials and product aesthetics.
N
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or relevant design software.
N
- Excellent visualisation, creative thinking and communication skills.
N
- A strong portfolio showcasing original product concepts and collections is essential.
