Workflow Management: Allocating labor, assigning job duties, and leading team meetings to ensure daily production goals are met. Performance Tracking: Monitoring and reporting key metrics (labor hours, productivity) and providing feedback to associates. Compliance and Safety: Verifying adherence to SOPs and enforcing safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment. Operational Support: Assisting with production, maintaining equipment, managing data/documentation, and providing coverage for Area Managers. Continuous Improvement: Participating in kaizen or process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.
