Major Accountabilities:

Insights and Analytics Leadership
Define analytical approaches and provide guidance on key IC performance indicators, methodologies, data interpretation, and analytical processes.
Independently lead deep-dive and ad hoc analyses for complex or high-priority business questions on Incentives
Review IC reports to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and relevant business insights.
Translate complex findings into concise, leadership-ready recommendations.
Strengthen the team’s evolution from IC report production to insight generation and decision support.

AI, Automation, and Innovation
Identify AI and automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, accelerate insight generation, and enable data-backed decisions.
Lead the responsible validation and adoption of AI-e
